Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
Order Cancellation After Shipping
- Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
- If you no longer want the product after it has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for
further instructions.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process showing the defect or
damage. - Refund requests must be made within 4 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
- We do not provide refunds for products that are the wrong size. Please carefully review the measurements
provided (generally shown in centimeters) before making a purchase. - Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund process may take upto 5 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Important Note
Unboxing Video: For any queries or concerns after receiving your product, an unboxing
video is mandatory. This helps us verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
